Steps
1
Open the Pride Parade template
Go to the template page. It is preloaded with the Pride Parade video: you do not write a prompt. Sign in if you are not already; the page waits for you and keeps the template.
Add one photo per person, up to 4 people. Everyone ends up in the same video, left to right in the order you added them.
•One clear photo, taken from the front, face visible and in focus.
•Head and shoulders in frame. A full-length photo works if the face is not tiny.
•One person per photo. A close-up where the face fills most of the photo keeps the face the same through the whole video.
•Any format your phone saves: JPG, PNG, HEIC.

Pick the duration
5 seconds costs 25 credits, 10 seconds costs 50.
4
Generate and wait
Press Generate Video. The photo is first edited into the scene, then that still is animated. It takes about 3 minutes. You can close the page: the video is saved to your library when it is done.
5
Save it and send it
Download the file, or copy the share link. The share link opens a page with the result and a button for them to prank you back. It also lands in your library.
What it costs

Getting a better result
•Front-facing, even light, no sunglasses unless the template adds its own. The model keeps what it can see.
•Higher resolution helps. A screenshot of a photo is worse than the photo.
•The template replaces the clothes, the pose and the background, so a plain headshot works. Only the face, hair and build come from your photo.
If it says no
These are the messages the generator can show and what to change. A rejected video returns its credits.
“The model needs a clear view of the head and shoulders.”
The photo was cropped too tight or taken from the side. Use one taken from the front with the whole upper body in frame.
“No face was found in the photo.”
The face is too small, turned away, or covered. Use a photo where the face is clear and facing the camera.
“The photo has more than one face.”
Crop to one person, or use a different photo with only them in it.
“The content filter rejected this photo or prompt.”
The model refused the photo or the wording. Try a different photo or, for a custom prompt, plainer wording.
