How do I create a prank?

Simply open the app, take or select a photo, choose a prank template, and let our AI do the magic! Your prank will be ready in seconds.

How do subscriptions work?

PrankAI offers weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your device's App Store settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Find PrankAI and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

What happens to my photos?

Your photos are processed temporarily to generate prank content and are automatically deleted from our servers after processing (typically within 60 seconds). We do not store or use your photos for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you've previously purchased a subscription or credits, you can restore them by opening the app and tapping "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app by going to Profile > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can email us at support@prankaiapp.com with your request. See our Account Deletion page for more information.
